Refunds were showing on the day of the initial charge and not the day of the actual refund as they should be. This has been fixercized™.
Added some checks to make sure free customers never show up in the New Customers metric. Also the live stream will no longer show free trial signups–only paid sign ups.
When you add an additional subscription to an existing customer this is now included in the New Subscriptions metric alongside. Those of you who don’t use multiple subscriptions can carry on waiting for season 2 of Stranger Things.

We’ve rolled out a new data setting so you can customize how delinquent customers are handled in regards to MRR and Churn. By default, all delinquent customers will be treated as cancelled after 1 month.
