Average Revenue Per User

Your ARPU now displays cents. Previously, we rounded to the nearly $1 for display purposes (the calculation itself still included cents), unless your ARPU was <$10, but what we found was that most customers’ ARPU was actually pretty stable when rounded on output and it made for some overly-dramatic charts. Now your ARPU chart will be slightly less dramatic.

New Customers Metric

Have you ever thought to yourself, “Self, I’d like to know how many new customers we got in the past month and I’d also like to know how that compares to past months and I’d also like to know if a scrambled egg popscicle would be good.”? Well, thought no more! You can now see metrics specifically related to New Customers with our aptly named new New Customers metric! Yes, new new!

Live Stream

The Live Stream now shows new Trial customers as well as Trial cancellations. Your metrics still ignore trialing customers as far as numbers go, but this is the beginnings of better support for trialing customers.

Metric Sharing & Embedding

You can now share and embed your metrics both publicly and privately! It’s great for sharing your numbers on social media as well as sharing privately with your investors and team. Look for the “Share” button on each metric page. By default, we keep your numbers hidden, but you can also choose to show your numbers, if you’d like!

Goals

Use the newly launched Goals feature to help you and your team do things like make progress towards monthly and annual MRR goals, hit team-specific sales targets, work on reducing churn and more! Read more about it.

User Churn

Plan listing now shows how long it takes the average customer to churn. We also now show a listing of the customers who contributed to your churn rate.
