You can now export a list of your new customers and canceled customers!
Cancellation events no longer show in the Live Stream unless a user has actually paid you. This will be most noticeable for people who have lots of trialling customers who cancel their subscription before ever paying.
Unearth new insights from long range data! You can now view any graph in Day, Week and Month views. You can switch the view in the top right of every graph. No more looking at a year of data and seeing 365 points on the graph (unless of course you want that). This makes it much easier to view your data in summary format to see overall trends.
Find the source of growth in your pricing with the new Plan Insights! It’s available on MRR, ARR, Net Revenue, LTV, User Churn, Revenue Churn and Customers via the “Compare Plans” button at the top right of the main graph on each of those metrics.
Head on over to your Failed Charges metric and you’ll see new “Export CSV” options for the customers who have failed charges and who are at risk!
Your Account Settings area should be a bit easier to get around now. Also, there’s now a place to view all of your receipts as well as customize what’s displayed on the receipt (which a lot of European companies need). Enjoy!
We automatically set your currency based on how it’s configured in Stripe (which is generally the currency for your bank account). Now, if you want to see your metrics in a different currency other than that, you can! Contact us and we can get it changed for you.
We now have a Plans area that shows all of your plans along with many of the metrics associated with them!
On any plan table, as well as the new Plans area, you can “star” plans. Doing this brings them to the top of all the plan tables so the plans you care most about are always visible first. You can also “archive” plans. Doing that will simply hide them from the plan listing on the metrics so they don’t clutter up the view.
