- Stripe Cancellation Feedback (e.g.
too_expensive
,unused
,switched_service
, and more) - Stripe Cancellation Reason (e.g.
cancellation_requested
)
This information is available as customer attributes and can be used for:
- Building targeted segments (like everyone who canceled due to price)
- Surfacing insights into why churn happens
- Sharpening your retention strategy
